The name is Mary Evelyn

Hello friend.

I am a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design where I majored in Fashion Design and minored in Fiber Art.

Savannah, Georgia became home for the following 8 years where I continued immersing myself in the craft while managing a high end bridal alteration studio, stitch.

This was someone else’s dream.

So I packed my bags and became Costume Shop Manager and Resident Designer at The American Shakespeare Center in Staunton, Virginia. I was able to make some positive changes within the company while expanding my abilities in pattern making, draping and constructing historical and fanciful garments.

I am here and do what I do, to make you feel confident and happy. Fast fashion has done a number on our expectations and perception of clothing. It is hard being a human being. Clothing, for me is a medium I can use to express myself when words (or just existing) proves challenging. I want to share that with you, I want you to feel 100% in your day to day life, at a gala, at an ex’s wedding, wherever your own journey takes you I would like to assist you in feeling your best. Helping someone’s self confidence soar is a gift and it is what drives me in my craft.
